Level Up Health as been used by multiple classrooms, and in 2020, is now available for digital download and use in homes!
HOW IT WORKS
Students spend one week in each “world” while completing various “levels” ranging from reading food labels, comparing foods, and doing exercises such as push ups and sit ups.
Students earn points for every level they complete, and as they earn points, they will “Level Up” and receive wristbands for each new level they reach.
Each world is accompanied by an instructional video that explains every level, and additional resources are supplied to allow an easy to integrate and entertaining curriculum!
Our program will take students through ten different worlds each with a core nutritional focus. Created together with award winning dietitian Connie Evers and other educators, our program will give students the confidence and knowledge they need to live their healthiest lives.
